I've used the templates on chronoNotebook.com with 2 1/4" round labels from Creative Label Concepts. The templates should work equally well with labels from other companies too.

To download and print labels:

• Mac
  
  • Click on the template, this will open the PDF file in a new browser window
    
  • Right-click anywhere in the new browser window and select Open with Preview
    
  • You can save the template to disk or bookmark the page and come back when you need more stickers
    
  • Do a dry-run print (see below)
    
  • If everything looks good, load labels in your printer and hit print from Preview!

• Windows
  
  • Right-click on the template link and choose save to disk
    
  • Find where you saved the template file and open with Adobe Acrobat Reader
    
  • Do a dry-run print (see below)
    
  • If everything looks good, load labels in your printer and hit print from Acrobat Reader!

Before loading a sheet of labels into your printer, do a dry-run with the template and regular plain white paper. This will let you check the paper feed alignment on your printer, and could save you from wasting a sheet of labels. If your printer is aligning correctly, load up your labels and print!
